About MY Can-dos, etc.
Using the Site, users who have registered as users (“Registered Users” hereafter) can create their own Can-dos (MY Can-dos), either referring to CEFR Can-dos and JF Can-dos, or creating Can-dos from scratch. In addition, Registered Users can attach a note to each Can-do saved in the Can-do folder.
Furthermore, Can-do folders that contain CEFR Can-dos, JF Can-dos, and MY Can-dos (each Can-do including attached notes, are referred to as “MY Can-dos, etc.” hereafter) can be made public to other Registered Users (both public folders that can be searched and restricted public folders that cannot be searched are referred to together as “public” hereafter). So that the contents of MY Can-dos, etc. can also be used widely by other Registered Users, if you make a Can-do folder on the Site public to other Registered Users, from the point in time when you make it public, all copyright that arises related to MY Can-dos, etc. (including the rights set forth in article 27 and article 28 of the copyright law. Same as below) will be transferred to the Institute. Registered Users can make the contents of a MY Can-do, etc. that they once made public no longer public, but even if they change the settings to no longer public, the copyright ownership that was transferred to the Institute cannot be changed.
As a result, if a Registered User makes public a Can-do folder on the Site to other Registered Users, by a Registered User making a Can-do folder public, the MY Can-dos, etc. included in there will be used freely by other users. We refuse to make public Can-do folders of Registered Users who do not give consent related to usage of MY Can-dos, etc. by other Registered Users, or consent related to transferring to the Institute all copyright that arises related to MY Can-dos, etc.
